Acknowledgement and Initial Contact:
Once you have completed the application process online,
you will receive an acknowledgment by email. If your
candidacy has been retained for an opening, you will
be contacted by phone and asked questions about your
profile, interest and motivation. This is the first
step of our selection process. Only retained candidates
will receive such phone calls. Other applicants will
be informed via email about the status of their candidacy.

Interview and Online Tests:
At DOSCH, usually a professional recruiter who will
have spoken with you over the phone, will inform you
about the next step in the process. Generally, candidates
are invited for face-to-face interviews. For certain
positions and depending on specific job requirements,
you may also be asked to complete various tests (online,
at our offices or at a third-party supplier’s
premises) or undergo a more in-depth psychometric assessment
during the hiring process. These tests and assessments
enable recruiters to gain more information about you
and make the selection process as objective and unbiased
as possible.

Decision:
Recruiting a new employee is an important and sometimes
difficult decision. Your best point of contact regarding
the status of your application is always the recruiter
handling the position. Once a decision has been made,
you will receive a phone call or email. If you have
not been retained for a specific position, we encourage
you to keep your profile up-to-date in our system so
we can inform you of other suitable opportunities.
