triple action Antidiarrhoeial.
Potent action on the
aerobic bacteria, anaerobic
bacteria as well as
protozoa. Metronidazole
interferes with the
DNA of the anaerobic
bacteria while disrupting
the helical structure
thereby resulting in
the death of the bacteria.
Furazolidone blocks
the replication and
transcription processes
